Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Product Quality - Print at Minted is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all printed products, from initial design to the final customer delivery. This critical role involves a blend of hands-on inspection, rigorous data analysis, and close collaboration with a network of Print Service Providers (PSPs). The manager will establish and maintain quality standards, define material specifications, and implement control procedures to continuously improve key quality metrics across the product lifecycle.

Must Have

Job Description

The Role:

The Associate Manager, Product Quality - Print for Minted, ensures the quality of printed products from the initial product design phase to the final customer product. The role involves a mix of hands-on inspection, data analysis, and collaboration with a network of PSPs to maintain high standards and improve key metrics.

You will:

  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all printed stationery and art products
  • Define specifications for raw materials (like paper and ink), manufacturing processes, and the final finished products
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection plans that everyone in the network follows
  • Provide data Analysis and reporting with a data-driven approach to quality control
  • Collect and analyze data from Reprints, NPS, and HP color tools to identify trends, areas of weakness, and root causes of defects
  • Create detailed reports for senior management, outlining quality performance and recommending improvements
  • Act as a central point of contact for quality-related issues, working with various teams across the company
  • Collaborate with PSPs to implement process improvements, with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials, and with the product development team to ensure new products are designed with quality in mind
  • Train staff on quality procedures and best practices to foster a company-wide culture of quality
  • Be comfortable with independent travel to various fulfillment locations within the US to ensure quality and performance standards are consistently met

  • A self-starter with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines while still paying attention to details and executing flawlessly
  • Extremely detail and process-oriented, and deadline driven.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and with building processes and reports from scratch where none exist today
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage projects through changing deadlines

The compensation range for the role applies to employment offers from Minted. Our employment offers fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range to allow for continued salary growth during your employment at Minted. The upper half of the range accommodates this growth and supports our intention to create an environment that encourages lasting relationships between Minted and our employees.

Geo Base Full Salary Range 2 - Includes CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, OR, RI, TX, VT, VA, WA - $67,832 - $89,030

Geo Base Full Salary Range 3 - Includes AL, AK, AZ, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, NV, NH, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, WI - $62,246 - $81,698

Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated job responsibilities, and/or other business or organizational needs.

This role is eligible for stock options.
