Associate, Outsourced Accounting Services - Family Office Accounting

The Outsourced Accounting Services team provides flexible, scalable, and cost-efficient technical accounting and reporting solutions. This role involves dedicated client service, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, payroll processing, tax reporting, bank reconciliations, depreciation schedules, and assistance with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. The associate will also support management reports, financial statements, and accounting system design.

Must Have

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, or a minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Good to Have

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
• Prior experience with CaseWare, Fixed Assets CS, and Bill.com
• Experience working with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, or similar general ledger software package

What You Will Do:

• Provide Dedicated Client Service and Coordinated Support in the Following Areas:
• General ledger maintenance and accounts payable processing
• Payroll processing and payroll tax reporting
• Sales and use tax reporting
• Bank and credit card account reconciliations
• Preparation of depreciation schedules
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and year-end trial balance closings
• Preparation and support for monthly management reports and financial statements
• On-site or remote accounting outsourcing QuickBooks consulting and accounting system design support

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field, or a minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, or staff accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation
