Job Summary

Massaya, a boutique winery established in 1992, is seeking a Junior Accountant. The role involves recording daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, maintaining organized documentation, and monitoring stock movement. The Junior Accountant will also prepare reports, assist in stock audits, communicate with suppliers, and support the Finance & Administration Manager in daily tasks. This full-time, on-site position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and 0-2 years of experience.

Must Have

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, customer balances, and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments
  • Maintain organized filing for all accounting and administrative documents
  • Monitor stock movement, register incoming/outgoing items, and conduct regular inventory checks
  • Prepare stock reports, reconcile physical stock with system records, and follow up on discrepancies
  • Assist in stock audits during monthly and annual counts and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams
  • Communicate with suppliers and partners when required and support the Finance & Administration Manager in daily tasks
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and follow-up sheets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration
  • 0–2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong Excel and data entry skills
  • Ability to read and write clearly and professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and responsibility
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Tanail – Beqaa

Additional Information

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday till Friday.
