The Air Customer Service is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and processing international shipments. This role ensures fluid and efficient cargo operations, accurate billing, timely data entry, and proactive communication with clients, service providers, and internal teams, complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, air exports and/or imports or related areas.
  • Graduate or bachelor's degree in International Business or related careers.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Leadership skills.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to work in Callao.
