Production Line Leader (packing)

The Production Line Leader (packing) at Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is responsible for operating the 25kg packing line to ensure timely order fulfillment. This role involves managing packing materials and spare parts to prevent production interruptions, strictly adhering to health, safety, and cleanliness standards, including PPE usage and 5S principles. The leader will also accurately record and submit daily production reports, CCP, and OPRP records, assist with machine maintenance, and actively participate in training for skill development.

Must Have

• Operate the 25kg packing line to make sure orders are packed and delivered on time
• Manage packing materials and spare parts so production is not interrupted
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness rules, including using PPE and keeping the work area clean (5S)
• Record and submit daily production reports, CCP, and OPRP records correctly
• Help with machine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
• SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience working in Food industries or manufacturing

Job Description

Qualifications
