Job Summary

SuperGaming is looking for an Associate Product Manager to work on its game portfolio, including Indus, MaskGun, Silly Royale, and SuperPlatform. The role involves designing engagement and retention systems, and shaping in-game economy and monetization strategies. Key responsibilities include designing and iterating on engagement, progression, and retention systems, creating monetization features and pricing, managing game economies through simulations and analytics, optimizing the First Time User Experience (FTUE), and collaborating with game designers to enhance player satisfaction. The role also requires analyzing and translating insights from other games' monetization strategies to improve SuperGaming's titles.

Must Have

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and ability to draw insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets for simulations and complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of UX and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and people skills.

Good to Have

  • Gaming experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to write SQL queries.
  • Be a gamer and understand game engagement/progression systems.

Job Description

At SuperGaming, we are building India’s gaming revolution. We build games like Indus (India's own Battle Royale), MaskGun (100M users), Silly Royale (20M users) and SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built). We are seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to work on multiple games in our portfolio. You will play a key role in designing engagement and retention systems in the games, and shaping the in-game economy and monetization strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and iterate engagement, progression and retention systems.
  • Design monetization features and define the pricing of items
  • Manage the game economy by running simulations and looking at analytics
  • Constantly iterate on FTUE to keep plugging holes/drop-offs
  • Collaborate with game designers on new game features to maximize short and long-term player satisfaction
  • Analyze monetization strategies in various games, deconstruct them, and translate key insights for improving our game.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Product management experience of 3-5 years in consumer products. Gaming experience is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of analytics with the ability to draw out insights and identify root cause. You should be able to write SQL queries.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets - ability to create simulations and write complex formulas.
  • Strong understanding of UX and attention to detail.
  • Should be a gamer, and have an understanding of the different systems games use for engagement and progression.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
