SuperGaming is seeking a Technical Game Designer to join their team, focusing on the game Indus. The role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and live events. The designer will own features end-to-end, from ideation to iteration, translating high-level goals into actionable specs. Responsibilities also include balancing gameplay systems through data-driven iteration, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to player experience flows and economy balancing.
Must have:
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and live events.
- Own features end-to-end: from ideation, documentation, and prototyping to implementation, playtesting, and iteration.
- Translate high-level design goals into clear, actionable design specs for the dev team.
- Balance gameplay systems through data-driven iteration, player feedback, and playtesting.
- Stay current with trends in Battle Royale, Extraction, and multiplayer shooters.
- Contribute to Player experience flows, and economy balancing.
- 2–4 years of professional game design experience.
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (or further education) in Game Design or relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and structured design documentation.
- Experience working with game engines (Unity preferred).
- Analytical mindset.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
- A passion for Battle Royale & Competitive Multiplayer Games.
Good to have:
- Prior experience designing for Multiplayer Shooters or other Live-Ops driven games.
- Experience balancing combat systems, character abilities, or economies.
- Familiarity with scripting or prototyping tools.

With games like MaskGun (90M users), Silly Royale (20M users), SuperPlatform (live ops engine on which PAC-MAN is built) and Indus - India's first battle royale game with over 5M downloads.
We’re looking for a Technical Game Designer to join our team. You’ll be part of a passionate group of designers, artists, and engineers shaping the future of Indus; bringing fresh ideas to gameplay, systems, and live-ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and live events.
- Own features end-to-end: from ideation, documentation, and prototyping to implementation, playtesting, and iteration.
- Translate high-level design goals into clear, actionable design specs for the dev team.
- Balance gameplay systems through data-driven iteration, player feedback, and playtesting.
- Stay current with trends in Battle Royale, Extraction, and multiplayer shooters — analyzing competitor titles and bringing new ideas to the table.
- Contribute to Player experience flows, and economy balancing when required.
- Ensure features align with Indus’ vision, tone, and player-first philosophy.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 2–4 years of professional game design experience.
- A Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (or further education) in Game Design or relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, systems design, and player psychology.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and structured design documentation.
- Experience working with game engines (Unity preferred).
- Analytical mindset: able to interpret metrics, and feedback to iterate on designs.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
