We’re looking for a Roblox Game Designer who can blend the depth of traditional game design with the creativity, speed, and community of the UGC world.
You’ll join a small, high-impact team creating competitive, social, and sports-driven Roblox experiences designed for global players - from India to Brazil to everywhere in between.

- Design and prototype core gameplay systems from movement and progression loops to social features, weapons, and live events.
- Own features end-to-end: concept, documentation, prototyping, testing, live-ops iteration.
- Balance gameplay and economy systems using player data, telemetry, and intuition.
- Collaborate deeply with artists, engineers, and product leads to turn creative goals into clear, actionable design specs.
- Deconstruct successful Roblox and sandbox titles to extract insights on retention, virality, and player motivation.
- Design for scale and performance, optimizing experiences for all devices and emerging markets.
- Shape live-ops seasons and cultural events that connect gameplay with moments in sport, fandom, and competition.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, experimenting with new Roblox APIs, UGC tools, and monetization systems.
- 2–4 years of professional game design experience (Roblox, sandbox, or live F2P titles).
- Hands-on with Roblox Studio and Lua scripting. You should be comfortable building and testing your own prototypes.
- Strong grasp of systems design, progression, and player motivation.
- Experience creating clear, structured design documentation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into iteration.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for Roblox, UGC creativity, and player-driven worlds.
- Experience designing or balancing shooters, sports, or competitive systems.
- Background in F2P economy design or live-ops tuning.
- Experience shipping games for mobile or cross-platform audiences.
- Understanding of Roblox UGC economies and creator incentives.
- Curiosity for sports culture, fandom, and how play becomes identity.
- Knowledge of Cricket, FPS, or Battle Royale systems and fan culture.
- Proven experience shipping features or full games on Roblox or other UGC platforms (e.g., Fortnite, Minecraft).
- Degree or specialization in Game Design, Systems Design, or Interactive Media.
