  • Act as a point of contact for lottery and site personnel for Field Operations.
  • Act as point of contact for site for all NRC related activities.
  • Assist with developing documentation for new and existing programs.
  • Support communication equipment: inventory, tracking, deployment, troubleshooting, programming, and UAT testing.

Position Summary

The Associate Resource Scheduler position will be responsible for managing inventory of all equipment found at a retailer location, customer support to District Lottery Representatives, assist field service staff with troubleshooting problems. This position will have high visibility to the customer and internal staff, along with all levels of management

  • Key Management (PCT and PCT-HD): Manage keys inventory for PCT and PCT-HD product. Includes filing keys from new installations and distributing replacement sets to field staff as necessary.
  • Terminal Movement Schedule (PCT and PCT-HD): Coordinate delivery, removal and relocation schedule for all regions of OK. Assist with development and implementation of new processes.
  • Coordinate communications installation: Manage communications installations process from start to finish including maintenance of database to monitor process and track exceptions.
  • Coordinate terminal installations, removals, relocations (all Types).
  • Provide level one support to customer and site for escalated retailer issues.
  • Provide statistics and in some cases, statistical analysis of various data types including retailer sales, PM schedules, communication types and associated issues, service calls review, chronic retailer management, asset management. Each member of the RCCS must be proficient with the use of Smart Services and associated applications ie Cloudsync, BI reports, DSE etc.
  • Lottery Special Events – Management of each event from start to close
  • Coordinate with the lottery to detail each event and ascertain and work within the scope of the event
  • Coordinate with departments to obtain staff for the event, train staff for their role within the event, and manage the staff at the event
  • Coordinate with departments on the equipment needed for the event, the delivery scheduling of equipment to support the event, and monitor and manage field support on the day of the event
  • Coordinate with management any concerns that may arise to provide support for an event
  • Proactive Programs: Assist with development and implementation of all programs related to Field Operations.
  • Chronic Retailer Management
  • Service Call Follow Up
  • Terminal Performance
  • Staff Performance
  • NRC Troubleshooting and TRAKS
  • Information distribution: Act as a point of contact for lottery personnel and site personnel as it relates to Field Operations. Assist with development of communication plans to Field, site, NRC and Lottery personnel.
  • NRC Liaison: Act as point of contact for site for all NRC related activities.
  • Assist with developing documentation for various new and existing programs as necessary.

Communication Equipment Support – Inventory process, tracking and deployment, coordination of troubleshooting steps with Carriers, and SG personnel.

Programming units and supporting UAT testing

Qualifications

Education

An Associate’s degree preferred

  • 2-4 years of experience required
  • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
