Scientific Games is seeking an experienced and results-driven Acquisition Manager for their Marketing, iLottery team. This role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital media campaigns across various channels to drive player acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and a creative approach to campaign testing and improvement.
Must Have:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic/display networks.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
  • Work closely with CRM, product, analytics, and creative teams to align acquisition campaigns with overall player journey.
  • A/B test ad variations, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage AppsFlyer reporting and ongoing integrations.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within spend limits.
  • Stay up to date on emerging digital media trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives, including CRM and loyalty initiatives as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital acquisition with hands-on experience in paid media buying and digital media management.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, programmatic platforms).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics and AppsFlyer).
  • Understanding of LTV, CPA, ROI, and other key acquisition metrics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze results and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
