This role involves daily tasks such as rebuilding and cleaning subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks, and supporting subfab equipment. The specialist will also handle chemicals and manage consumables. Key responsibilities include performing PM activities on various Dry Etch tools like AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini, and LAM. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail.
Good To Have:- 3 to 5 years of related wafer fab experience with an emphasis on production equipment.
- Greater than 12 hours towards an Associate degree in electronics from a recognized, accredited school.

- Performing Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks on Dry Etch tools.
- Supporting subfab equipment and handling chemicals.
- Ensuring adequate supply of consumables for sub-assembly rebuilding.
- Possess good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Detail oriented and able to create and follow written procedures.
- Understanding of electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally in a fast-paced production environment.
- Knowledge of 5S principles and experience maintaining 5S organization.
