Automation (Playwright) QA Engineer (Web)

YOUR IMPACT:

• Build and maintain end-to-end (E2E) tests for key features, ensuring seamless experiences for our users.
• Set up and configure tools to enable developers to write effective tests.
• Configure CI pipelines, including linters, test automation, and GitHub Actions workflows.
• Design and develop automation tools for process improvement, such as screenshot tools, localization utilities, and test data generation systems.
• Monitor and support the stability of the test infrastructure across various environments (staging, production).
• Integrate automated tests into the release process to ensure quality at every stage of CI/CD.
• Collaborate with the team to prepare and update test cases and strategies.
• Define and analyze test metrics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automation.

ABOUT YOU:

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on web applications.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven expertise with Playwright and Jest for robust testing.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, Insomnia, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, ESLint).
• Advanced knowledge of containerization tools like Docker for isolated test environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work in Agile teams and lead testing efforts within cross-functional teams.

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Experience with Java 21.
• Knowledge of UI testing with Selenide, Selenoid (Selenium in overall).
• Experience with REST Assured.
