Job Description

As part of our growth, we are looking for an Automotive Fleet Manager (M/F).

Your missions:

Reporting directly to our Fleet Manager, you will be in charge of our vehicle fleet, with the following missions:

• Ensure the safe transport of vehicles, over short distances (between our reconditioning center and our partners) and, if necessary, over longer distances.
• Ensure that vehicles are ready before delivery.
• Monitor the good condition and maintenance of transported vehicles, reporting any anomalies.
• Coordinate with site managers to ensure proper stocking and destocking of vehicles before and after each operation.
• Welcome and guide clients (individuals, dealers, transporters, convoyers) with professionalism.
• Manage vehicle flows: registration and stocking of incoming vehicles, tracking deductions for outgoing vehicles.
• Ensure the handover of vehicles to convoyers and dealers in compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have a first successful experience as an automotive fleet manager.
• Knowledge in automotive and mechanics is a real plus.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, and trustworthy.
• You have strong organizational skills and good interpersonal skills.
