We are seeking a Senior Avaloq Developer to join our client delivery team. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing the Avaloq Banking Suite, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure technically sound and business-aligned solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and customizing Avaloq functionalities, translating business requirements, taking ownership of tasks, identifying improvements, providing design input, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating in an Agile environment.

Must Have:

3-5 years' hands-on experience in Avaloq development.
Strong understanding of the Avaloq Object Model (AOM), PL/SQL, and Avaloq frameworks.
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal guidance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think beyond the immediate task.
Proactive mindset — comfortable suggesting improvements and driving change.
Experience in Agile/iterative delivery models is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and enhance Avaloq Core Banking functionalities.
Translate business requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions.

Proactively identify areas for improvement in system performance, stability, and usability.
Provide input into solution design, best practices, and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring long-term and sustainable fixes.

Skills
