Axiom Developer

This role is for an individual contributor to a global team, focusing on supporting regulatory reporting applications and services. Responsibilities include managing complex development, delivering well-tested JIRAs, contributing to design and refinement, prioritizing tasks, working in a dispersed team, supporting testing and implementation, providing L2/3 support, innovating technical direction, resolving issues, implementing system changes, enhancing performance, and liaising with vendors.

Must Have

• Overall 4-6 years of experience, out of which at least 2.5 years in Axiom
• Good exposure to Taxonomy
• Prior experience building custom reports and full calculations in AxiomSL
• Experience working as part of a global team across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
• Manage full lifecycle of development activities, including project initiation. requirements, build, test, implementation, and BAU handover
• Experience with Agile delivery
• Experience maintaining and supporting regulatory reporting systems or applications

Good to Have

• Prior experience in APRA

Individual contributor to become a part of a global team to support regulatory reporting applications and services for regulatory reporting business. You will manage the bank's technology infrastructure; support, maintain, and enhance existing business systems; as well as deliver and deploy new systems, technologies, and services.

##### Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of complex development, contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.
• Deliver well-tested technical JIRAs.
• Contribute to design and refinement sessions; interact with users to understand their needs.
• Contribute to estimation and design forums. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in highly innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Work in a geographically dispersed team.
• Support automated system testing, user testing, and production implementation.
• Provide L2/3 support.
• Challenge, innovate, and help drive our deliveries and shape our technical direction. Issue tracking and resolution.
• Meeting with key users to determine and implement system changes or report design.
• Proactively working/managing system performance enhancement.
• Liaison with vendors regarding solution implementation.
