Job Description

This role is for an Axiom Developer to join a global team supporting regulatory reporting applications and services. Responsibilities include managing complex development, delivering well-tested JIRAs, contributing to design and refinement sessions, and interacting with users. The developer will also contribute to estimation, prioritize tasks, work in a geographically dispersed team, support automated testing and production, provide L2/3 support, drive technical direction, resolve issues, manage system performance, and liaise with vendors for solution implementation.

Managing the delivery of complex development
Contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
Deliver well-tested technical JIRAs
Contribute to design and refinement sessions
Interact with users to understand their needs
Contribute to estimation and design forums

Work in a geographically dispersed team
Support automated system testing
Support user testing
Support production implementation
Provide L2/3 support
Challenge, innovate, and help drive deliveries and shape technical direction
Issue tracking and resolution

Proactively working/managing system performance enhancement
Liaison with vendors regarding solution implementation
Overall 4-6 years of experience
At least 2.5 years in Axiom
Good exposure to Taxonomy
Prior experience building custom reports and full calculations in AxiomSL
Manage full lifecycle of development activities, including project initiation, requirements, build, test, implementation, and BAU handover
Experience with Agile delivery
Experience maintaining and supporting regulatory reporting systems or applications

You will manage the bank's technology infrastructure; support, maintain, and enhance existing business systems; as well as deliver and deploy new systems, technologies, and services.

Managing the delivery of complex development, contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level.

Contribute to estimation and design forums. Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in highly innovative and fast-paced environment.

Must have

Overall 4-6 years of experience, out of which at least 2.5 years in Axiom
Good exposure to Taxonomy

Experience working as part of a global team across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones
Manage full lifecycle of development activities, including project initiation. requirements, build, test, implementation, and BAU handover
Experience with Agile delivery
