Kavaliro is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support a client onsite in Orlando, Florida. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR support, preferably in a multi-site or fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing employee benefits, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ACA. Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms like Workday, ADP, or UKG is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, data accuracy, excellent customer service, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits platforms (Workday, ADP, UKG)
  • CEBS certification or coursework
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • 2+ years in benefits administration/HR support

  • Experience using HRIS and benefits administration platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
  • Customer-service orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • CEBS certification or coursework toward a benefits or HR credential is a plus.
