This role involves comprehensive planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, and customer relations. The manager will oversee work schedules, inspect facilities for compliance, manage inventories, and maintain financial records. Key responsibilities include ensuring budget goals, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The manager acts as a crucial liaison between the company, clients, and employees, handling HR concerns and fostering smooth contract processes.
Must Have
- Plan and develop work schedules
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance
- Audit and maintain inventories, supplies, and equipment
- Review customer requests for service
- Implement organization policies and goals
- Analyze & facilitate budget requests
- Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis
- Maintain and report on financial aspects (labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting)
- Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FLSA, OSHA, ADA)
- Direct supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs
- Act as liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors
- Maintain contract and contractor status databases
- Review all correspondence concerning contractors and respond as appropriate
- Establish and maintain contact with contractors
- Conduct and attend meetings to communicate consistently
- Assist with human resource concerns and issues
- Operations experience
- Significant facilities management experience
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is required
- Able to provide exceptional customer service and manage multiple projects while adhering to strict deadlines

SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Bilingual Site Manager! The Site Manager coordinates and directs operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities of the company, including all planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact, customer relations, and other high-level managerial responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
- Prepares schedules for service personnel assign personnel to routes.
- Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance, i.e., safety, quality, and service.
- Audits and maintains inventories, supplies, and equipment.
- Investigates new and promotes improved equipment and methods.
- Reviews customer requests for service to ascertain the cause for the service request, type of malfunction, and address with the manager.
- Implements organization policies and goals.
- Analyzes & facilitates budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made.
- Assist in promoting services performed to develop new markets, increase market share, and obtain a competitive position in the industry.
- Inspects plant and evaluates the use of space and facilities.
- Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts.
- Ensures that the site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
- Assist in developing long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
- Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
- Compiles data for preparing estimates.
- Maintain and report on the financial part of business, such as labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and any changes to these areas.
- Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.
- Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.

Compensation: $80000 - $85,000 per year
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
