Job Description

Experience: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Must Have: Airport Domain Experience

1. Product Ownership and Requirements Management

• Define and manage product backlog, user stories, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
• Plan and oversee releases, ensuring alignment with business priorities

2. Functional and Process Analysis

• Conduct workshops to capture operational workflows and system requirements
• Analyze and optimize business processes in AOS, AODB, RMS, FIDS, and related systems
• Configure and document business rules for resource allocation

3. Product Development and System Integration

• Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Facilitate integration with third-party systems (e.g., BHS, BRS, ATC, VDGS)
• Support UAT and drive resolution of issues identified during testing phases

4. Documentation and Communication

• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specs and user guides
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes

5. Training and Support

• Conduct training for AOCC operators, key users, and IT support teams
• Provide L2/L3 production support and assist in incident resolution
• Contribute to business continuity planning and disaster recovery testing
