Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the banking/financial sector to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, demonstrating expertise in analyzing complex business processes and delivering actionable insights for financial institutions. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and ready to join within the next 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes within the banking/financial domain to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Provide recommendations for process optimization, technology solutions, and business growth strategies.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct impact assessments and support business case development for proposed solutions.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Ensure project scope is well-defined and aligns with organizational goals.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth transition to production systems.
• Develop reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to senior management.
