CodeNinja is seeking a Social Media Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in B2B marketing and experience managing social media channels across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to create compelling content, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive engagement and brand awareness.
1. Manage daily operations of CodeNinja’s social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant channels.
2. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, high-quality posts.
3. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
4. Stay updated on B2B social media trends, best practices, and emerging tools or technologies.
5. Experiment with innovative strategies to grow following and increase audience engagement.
6. Ensure alignment of all social media activity with CodeNinja’s brand voice and business objectives.
