This role requires both creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to create compelling content, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of CodeNinja’s social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and other B2B-relevant channels.

2. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging, high-quality posts.

3. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.

4. Stay updated on B2B social media trends, best practices, and emerging tools or technologies.

5. Experiment with innovative strategies to grow following and increase audience engagement.

6. Ensure alignment of all social media activity with CodeNinja’s brand voice and business objectives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience managing social media for a B2B brand (experience in IT or technology sector preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to adapt ideas for different platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
