Job Description
- Experience applying leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards (such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, FFIEC, NIST SP 800-34) across different industries.
- Ability to support Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning within the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle.
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery fundamentals, including technology recovery strategies, policy and standards creation, and dependency mapping.
- Foundational knowledge of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity as they relate to resilience planning.
- Familiarity with business continuity and resilience management tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management, Archer, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical skills to synthesize and present complex data clearly.
- Effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
- Creative and analytical thinking to propose innovative resilience solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including executives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
