Good To Have:
  • Experience applying leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards (such as ISO 22301, ISO 27031, FFIEC, NIST SP 800-34) across different industries.
  • Ability to support Business Impact Analyses (BIA), risk assessments, and continuity planning within the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery fundamentals, including technology recovery strategies, policy and standards creation, and dependency mapping.
  • Foundational knowledge of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity as they relate to resilience planning.
  • Familiarity with business continuity and resilience management tools (e.g., Fusion Risk Management, Archer, ServiceNow).
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize and present complex data clearly.
  • Effective collaboration in global, cross-functional teams and dynamic environments.
  • Creative and analytical thinking to propose innovative resilience solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences, including executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
  • Demonstrates energy, accountability, and ownership in project delivery.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCI (BCI), CBCP (DRI), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
  • Understand the importance of having correct information management.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
  • Correct Information Security Management.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, or Business).

Minimum Year(s) of Experience (BQ)

3+ years in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Resilience-related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, CBCI (BCI), CBCP (DRI), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, ITIL, or equivalent.
