Job Description

The Business Development Executive will act as a strategic ally to clients, focused on maintaining, monitoring, and controlling the assigned portfolio or line of clients and IM prospects. Responsibilities include selling all information custody, administration, and storage services offered by the Company (papers, valuable documents, magnetic backups, etc.) to new businesses for the company. They will be responsible for account management, maximizing the portfolio, managing the line, and securing new business. This role involves generating sales opportunities at the highest decision-making levels of potential clients, preparing proposals and presentations as needed, and inviting prospects to visit Iron Mountain facilities to increase new client attraction.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience in consultative corporate sales
  • Solid background and knowledge of new client acquisition
  • Experience in sales of technological solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Ability to manage their client portfolio at a high level

Sobre esta oportunidad: 

Iron Mountain (IRM) está buscando un Business Development Executive que será un aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes, orientado a la mantención, seguimiento, control de la cartera o línea de clientes asignados y prospectos de IM. Será Responsable de la Venta de todos los servicios de custodia, administración y almacenamiento de información que ofrece la Compañía (papeles, documentos valorados, respaldos magnéticos, etc.) a nuevos negocios para la compañía. Manejo, gestión de cuenta, maximizar cartera, responsable de la línea y la consecución de nuevos negocios. 

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Generar oportunidades de ventas en los más altos niveles de decisión de los clientes potenciales, redactando y elaborando propuestas y presentaciones como parte del proceso de venta cuando sea necesario. 

  • Invitar, atraer y acompañar prospectos a conocer las instalaciones de  Iron Mountain y sus procesos mensualmente, para obtener un incremento en la atracción de nuevos clientes

  • Lograr la mayor cantidad de prospectos con cotización o propuestas comerciales. 

  • Mejorar las rentabilidades de los negocios que cierra la empresa, procurando  por un lado facturar y cobrar la mayor cantidad de movimientos iniciales efectuados, y por otro, fomentar la venta de negocios de mayores precios

  • Trabajar en el levantamiento de nuevos negocios con otras áreas involucradas – DMS, Gestión Doc., etc.

  • Desarrollar proyectos comerciales de acuerdo a las características del cliente, que demuestren un conocimiento detallado de su problemática y necesidades para proporcionar al cliente un valor agregado, respecto de soluciones y servicios

Requerimientos y Competencias:

  • 3+ años de experiencia en Ventas consultivas corporativas

  • Los candidatos deben tener un respaldo sólido y conocimiento, de la adquisición de nuevos clientes, gestión estratégica de cuentas.

  • Experiencia en ventas de soluciones tecnológicas

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo de manera efectiva en todos los niveles internos de la compañía; así como con el personal del cliente en una amplia gama de temas y problemas.

  • Manejo de Salesforce u otro CRM

  • Capacidad para desarrollar, mantener y gestionar a un alto nivel su cartera de clientes
