Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company dedicated to providing seamless delivery services throughout Southeast Asia. They partner with over 35,000 merchants and handle over 1,000 parcel deliveries per minute across six countries. Must have:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience with 4PL & 3PL logistics companies
  • Experience in LTL, Road Logistics Sales
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in groups
  • Strong networker and relationship builder
  • Goal-driven and works well in fast-paced environments
  • Strong customer orientation, planning, and organization
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping
Good to have:
  • Located in Surabaya/Gresik/Sidoarjo/Pasuruan/Mojokerto/Kediri
  • Customer networks
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics
  • Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce)
  • Hands-on knowledge of Business Intelligence systems

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a sales
  • Located in Surabaya/Gresik/Sidoarjo/Pasuruan/Mojokerto/Kediri
  • Proven background in working with 4PL & 3PL logistics companies
  • Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of all major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
  • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping
