LikeCard Turkey is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales for its digital product portfolio. This role involves identifying, securing, and expanding partnerships with corporate clients and institutional stakeholders across Turkey. The manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and post-sale relationship management, ensuring seamless execution of deals and maximizing sales and retention. The ideal candidate will monitor market trends and maintain a strong commercial edge.

Must Have:
  • Drive B2B sales by identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management.
  • Monitor performance of existing B2B partners and implement growth strategies to maximize sales and retention.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and effective follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of B2B deals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide detailed reporting on client activity, market opportunities, and risks.
  • Stay informed on B2B market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to maintain a strong commercial edge.
  • Ensure all partnerships and sales activities align with company’s commercial strategy and compliance standards.

We are looking for a seasoned and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales growth for LikeCard Turkey’s digital product portfolio. The role focuses on identifying, securing, and expanding partnerships with corporate clients and institutional stakeholders across Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales by identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers in the digital products space
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and post-sale relationship management
  • Monitor performance of existing B2B partners and implement growth strategies to maximize sales and retention
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach and effective follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations, finance and legal) to ensure seamless execution of B2B deals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide detailed reporting on client activity, market opportunities, and risks
  • Stay informed on B2B market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity in Turkey and the globe to maintain a strong commercial edge
  • Ensure all partnerships and sales activities are in line with the company’s commercial strategy and compliance standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in e-commerce, fin-tech, digital products, banking, or retail sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B-focused role
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with digital product distribution models (e.g. game pins, gift cards, subscriptions) is a strong plus
