The role involves identifying and developing character licensing business opportunities by approaching new clients and pitching the business idea to increase their sales. The candidate will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets through content sales, closing deals by engaging with top management, and enhancing client relationships by presenting new style guides. Brand promotion and collaboration through strategic development to increase brand awareness, along with active participation in license product launches, promotions, and distribution, are key responsibilities. The role also requires clarifying client queries on agreements and resolving differences. Secondary responsibilities include submitting progress reports, following up with clients on promotions and new product launches, maintaining good business partner relations, and ensuring timely payments.

Exp:-3-5 yrs. of experience in Character Licensing

Primary Responsibilities

Identify potential prospects and turn into character licensing business opportunity.

Approach new clients and pitch the business idea of character licensing which in turn increase their sales. 

Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. 

Responsible to exceed revenue targets through content sales. ? Approach the top management/ decision makers within the client organization to reach towards the closure of the deal.

 Work with internal creative team and present new style guides to enhance existing relationships. 

Responsible for brand promotions and brand collaboration by developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness 

Take active part in the license product launches, promotions and distribution. ? Clarify client queries on agreements and work through differences to a positive conclusion.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES :- Submit accurate weekly progress reports to the manager. 

Follow up with the clients on promotions, new product launches.

Maintain good relation with the business partner. ? Follow up on the timely payments from the client.

REQUIRED SKILLS ;

 EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree/MBA

Preferred experience in Content Sales. SKILLS (TECHNICAL) 

Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power point. 

Working knowledge of SAP (desired). SKILLS (LEADERSHIP/SOFT) 

Good communication skills (fluency in the common language and English) with high level of interpersonal skills. 

Should be self-motivated, able to work individually, and at the same time motivate & help team members.

Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks at single instance within compressed times. 

Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Should have ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly 

Should possess strong analytical skills, negotiation skills and leadership skills 

Ability to apply analytical problem solving, make recommendations, and implement improvements ? Excellent analytical and visualization skills
