Must Have

  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software and texturing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Good to Have

  • Some experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of sculpting software (e.g., ZBrush) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and model 3D assets based on concepts and design briefs using software such as Maya, Blender, or Houdini.
  • Develop low- and high-poly models, ensuring accurate topology and UV layouts.
  • Collaborate with senior artists to refine models and implement feedback.
  • Assist in the texturing process by applying materials and textures using tools like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
  • Work with technical artists to ensure models are optimized for performance in Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.
  • Maintain organized project files while adhering to naming conventions and asset management protocols.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1-3 years
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software (Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Houdini) and texturing tools (Substance Painter, Photoshop).
  • Basic understanding of 3D modeling principles, including topology, UV mapping, and texturing.
  • Some experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing assets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant modeling work, including both stylized and realistic assets.
  • Basic knowledge of sculpting software (e.g., ZBrush) is a plus.
