Overview:
Produce high-quality visual content specifically for Learning and Development platforms and audiences. This includes creating engaging explainer videos, Software Tutorials/Demonstrations videos, Promotional Videos for eLearning Courses, and other eLearning assets. You will be based within the Learning & Development department, working closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to consult on, create artwork for, and build effective learning media.
Role Type: 12 Months (FTC)
Key Responsibilities:
•Transform video scripts into compelling visual storyboards and then create high-quality motion graphics for a range of eLearning projects, from initial concept to final delivery. You will also need to understand production and technical constraints. Working collaboratively with instructional designers, project managers, and stakeholders, you will consistently produce work to a high creative standard.

Reporting lines and key stakeholders
This role reports to the Senior Instructional Designer in the Hogarth Chennai office. You will work closely with many of the Learning & Development team where necessary.
Essential Experience & Skills Required
•The position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual who can create and inspire in equal measure. The right candidate will consistently seek out new software and plugins with the intention of building creatively for internal audiences.
•3+ years of experience creating engaging 2D motion graphics. Ability to incorporate 3D elements to enhance visuals is a strong advantage.
•A strong ability to work to various specifications and tight deadlines
•A keen ability to learn and develop both personally and as a GFX Designer within a team
•A thorough understanding of After Effects to create compelling 2D animation
•Proficient in Camtasia
•Strong knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
•A grasp of L&D processes and techniques to engage with learners
•Experience with L&D authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline is not essential but highly preferred
•Applying with a portfolio showcasing your motion graphics skills will significantly strengthen your application.
