Team, about the role
We're looking for an expert who will be responsible for managing and developing a team of animation artists.
This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus). Find out more .
Tasks

Creating and developing a unified vision of animation for the project

Decomposing and validating tasks in your area based on the potential improvement effect and possible risks

Managing a team of animators: setting overall goals and distributing resources in accordance with the level of ability of the team's specialists. Assuming responsibility for ensuring that each employee applies their skills as effectively as possible to tasks of varying complexity

Carrying out independent work on animation (about 30% of total tasks)
Requirements

Knowledge of the mobile project market and its trends

Understanding of the principles of animation, dynamics, color and other "art" aspects of VFX

Experience with game engines (Unity, Unreal, proprietary) and their tools

Good sense of dynamics, shape, color, and composition

Ability to create a product vision and to work with attention management and flow in games

Availability of isometric animations in your portfolio
