Brave pictures, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brave group established in February 2024, is seeking animators (2D) to create captivating characters and worlds at the forefront of animation production. The company focuses on animation commissioned work, IP development through its VTubers, and original animation production, aiming to deliver works that delight fans and contribute to the animation industry's growth.

Must Have

• Specialization in animation, video, or art fields at a vocational school/university, or equivalent practical experience
• Over 1 year of practical experience in animation production
• Basic digital tool usage experience (e.g., CLIP STUDIO PAINT)
• Communication skills necessary for team production
• Strong interest and passion for the animation industry

Good to Have

• Experience in TV anime or theatrical anime production
• Experience in in-between animation, key animation, or animation director roles
• Experience in digital animation production
• Track record in character design

Contract Period

Trial period available: 3 months

• During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during that time.
• Depending on the selection results, you may join as a contract employee.

Salary

Monthly salary 257,000 yen to 830,000 yen

• Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (65,776 yen to 213,096 yen).
• Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
• Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Holidays

• Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
• 120 annual holidays
• If events fall on Saturdays or Sundays, attendance on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will occur.
• In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
