Responsibilities: Inventory Management: 

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring stock levels align with business needs. 

  • Monitor and control inventory movement, stock levels, and order fulfilment. 

  • Implement inventory management best practices to reduce waste and optimize supply chain efficiency. 

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely stock replenishment. 

  • Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. 

  • Utilize inventory management software to track and forecast stock requirements. 

Finance & Budgeting: 

  • Oversee financial transactions related to inventory purchases, costing, and budgeting. 

  • Develop and manage budgets for inventory procurement, storage, and distribution. 

  • Analyze financial statements, inventory costs, and profitability metrics. 

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations. 

  • Work closely with accounting teams to reconcile inventory records with financial reports. 

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control strategies.
