Job Description

This is an opportunity to work with a leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company, MiQ. As part of the Client Services team, you will collaborate with Sales, Trading, Analysis, and Product departments globally, gaining a holistic business view. The department and business are growing rapidly, offering scope to shape this role.
Must have:
  • Administrative duties
  • CRM (Salesforce) IO creation and administration for assigned accounts.
  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes etc.
  • Supporting Sales/ AM teams in the creation of campaign proposals
  • Support campaign activation, ensuring assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly.
  • Creating and sharing campaign screenshots and assisting in reporting mid and post campaigns.
  • Supporting with Insight planning and creation
  • Consider client objectives, challenges, vertical insights, and macro factors for inputs.
  • Helping the AE and AM’s with Internal project management
  • Maintaining the highest level of service both internally and externally
  • Ensure integrity of G drive and central saving of relevant documents.
  • Maintaining & updating campaign tracker
  • Tracking of missing PO numbers & invoices queries
  • Maintaining the integrity of Vision financial report

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Client Services team, you will be in the unique position to work closely with individuals from other departments including Sales, Trading, Analysis and Product. Not only within Canada but across our Global footprint. This presents a fantastic opportunity to gain a holistic view of the business and how it works. As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative duties;

Finance

  • Tracking of missing PO numbers & invoices queries

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Working in a team environment
