As a MuleSoft Prime Named Account Executive, you'll partner with companies to drive complex digital transformation strategies using the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. You'll work directly with C-level executives, collaborating with an account team to achieve customer business objectives. Responsibilities include developing key customer relationships, executing long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives, coordinating internal resources, assisting with account planning, and sharing the MuleSoft and Salesforce value propositions. This role involves engaging with existing and new leads, developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, and driving growth within assigned accounts. The role may focus on various verticals like Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Automotive, High-Tech, Consumer Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
Must have:
  • 10+ years full-cycle sales experience (Enterprise)
  • 5+ years Enterprise Sales experience (Enterprise)
  • API/Integration market awareness
  • Large key account management
  • Strategic thinking with extended teams
Good to have:
  • Fluency in French (some roles)
  • Experience selling technical platforms

Mulesoft Canada is hiring for both our Emerging Enterprise/ General Commercial Account Executive segment

Our MuleSoft Commercial segment focuses on working with customers and organizations with 200-4500 employees.
Our MuleSoft Enterprise segment focuses on working with our most strategic customers and organizations of 5000- 10,000+ employees. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities


APIs are changing the world and how companies do business. As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will partner with companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies, utilizing our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. In this role you will be working directly with C-level executives and partnering with an account team to drive customer business objectives and outcomes.

Day to Day
Our MuleSoft Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with both key stakeholders and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and help customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs

  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment

  • Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers

  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise: 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales

  • Commercial: Average of 5+ years of experience preferred of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field with a proven track record of success

  • Experience in selling technical platforms preferred

  • Integration / API Market Awareness

  • Management of large key account(s)

  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team

  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken is required for some roles

Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez directement avec des cadres supérieurs et en partenariat avec une équipe de compte afin d’atteindre les objectifs et les résultats commerciaux du client.

Missions quotidiennes
Nos chargés de compte MuleSoft Enterprise travaillent avec les clients existants et les nouveaux prospects. Ils développent des relations solides, positives et de confiance avec les intervenants et les dirigeants dans leur domaine, et aident les clients à tirer profit de leurs investissements Salesforce. Vous utiliserez vos compétences pour développer des opportunités, à la fois par le biais de pistes prometteuses et par la prospection de comptes à fort potentiel.

  • Développer des relations avec les principaux intervenants des clients et favoriser la satisfaction des clients pour les comptes attribués

  • Participer au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies globales à long terme pour les comptes, en adéquation avec les objectifs commerciaux des clients

  • Coordonner les ressources internes pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux du client

  •  Collaborer à la planification de compte pour les comptes attribués, en coordination avec les ressources de vente Prime et Cloud pour assurer un alignement stratégique

  •  Partager la proposition de valeur de MuleSoft et de Salesforce avec les clients existants et/ou les nouveaux clients

  • Stimuler la croissance au sein des comptes attribués nouveaux et existants

Profil souhaité :

  • Enterprise : Plus de 10 années d’expérience dans la vente à cycle complet, dont au moins 5 ans dans la vente Enterprise

  • Commercial : Moyenne de 5 années ou plus d’expérience souhaitées dans la vente à cycle complet, dont au moins 3 sur le terrain, avec preuve de résultats obtenus

  • Expérience dans la vente de plateformes techniques souhaitée

  • Connaissance du marché des API/intégrations

  • Gestion d’un ou de plusieurs grands comptes

  • Capacité à élaborer des stratégies avec une grande équipe élargie

  • L’expérience sera évaluée en fonction des compétences essentielles pour le poste (par exemple : rôles de leadership extrascolaire, expérience militaire, bénévolat, expérience professionnelle, etc.)

  • La maîtrise du français, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral, est souhaitée
