Job Description

The HR Service Delivery Analyst role involves improving workforce performance and productivity, boosting business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Responsibilities include managing employee data processes, handling query/case management, and ensuring accurate records and transactions. The analyst will interact with peers, receive moderate instructions, and work as part of a team, with a focus on analysis and problem-solving. The role requires strong customer orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel, along with the ability to work under pressure and in flexible shifts. The analyst may have limited exposure with clients. The role will be in Mumbai, India. The incumbent should have a Bachelor’s degree.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years Comp & Benefit/GM/ER/Performance management experience.
  • Strong customer orientation and responsiveness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

What are we looking for? Strong customer orientation - high level of responsiveness to urgent requests or troubleshooting Exposure to BPO Industry 3+ Years Comp & Benefit/GM/ER/Performance management process experience with similar background Attention to detail & quality driven – in communications and all system transactions Excellent interpersonal skills - can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels "Strong communications skills (Written & Verbal) Client Interfacing skills (Email & Phone): Good Email etiquette, strong email drafting & keyboard skills and good phone etiquette / technique. " Strong MS Office and Excel skills Basic Leadership and coaching skills Problem solving skills Resilience and ability to work under pressure Work from Office - Mandatory Team Work & collaboration Willing to work in flexible shifts & in weekends Versant score should be 62 Passing the psychometric test a must Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline) HR Domain certification
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
