  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to leverage expertise and resources.
  • Update and manage sales resources and materials, including case studies, past proposals, thought leadership, artefacts, and sales decks.
  • Support effective project management across various projects to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope and timelines.
  • Participate in the design of workshops, sessions, surveys, and other interventions.
  • Collaborate with COE/operations colleagues in Singapore, India, and Poland for project implementation and related activities.
  • Review and analyse internal/client data (e.g., employee engagement survey data) to develop insights and contribute to strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in project reporting efforts, creating high-impact client presentations and reports in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Facilitate and present findings to clients across various forums, including survey debriefs, workshops, townhalls, employee briefings, focus groups, and webinars.

What you need to have:

  • Prior consulting experience, ideally in employee engagement and employee experience, and/or organisational development
  • Proven experience in deriving insights from qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting findings.
  • The ability to understand, synthesise and articulate key elements of a project.
  • Comfortable with, and adept at, presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Detailed, logical and methodical working style.
  • Self-driven and confident.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues and build relationships.
