Responsibilities include providing highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs, ensuring a seamless new hire experience, using various tools and research methods to find passive candidates, measuring HR effectiveness through benchmarking and metrics, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and participating in university activities to foster future recruitment initiatives.

- Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience
- Use various tools and research methods to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
- Measure HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and metrics
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Participate in various university activities, whether on campus or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives
