As an HR Specialist at Peak, you will oversee all recruitment processes to strengthen our teams by attracting top talents, ensuring Peak continues to deliver high-quality mobile games. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture. Responsibilities include providing highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs, ensuring a seamless new hire experience, using various tools and research methods to find passive candidates, measuring HR effectiveness through benchmarking and metrics, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and participating in university activities to foster future recruitment initiatives.
Must Have:
- University degree
- 1+ years of HR experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

- Participate in various university activities, whether on campus or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives
