You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values, and culture. Responsibilities include providing highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs, ensuring a seamless new hire experience, using various tools and research methods to find passive candidates, measuring HR effectiveness through benchmarking and metrics, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, and participating in university activities to foster future recruitment initiatives.
