We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Consulting Team is dedicated to support all of Mercer's lines of business. We support Health, Wealth and Career, which allows us to acquire an amplified vision of what is the company value proposition as well as a diverse and enriching learning experience.
You will be working closely with our most senior colleagues on retirement, human resources and benefits projects.
We will count on you to:
- Support and participate on projects from different lines of business (benefits projects, pension & investments projects and human resources projects);
- Give support on the preparation of data, presentations and the collection of information;
- Production of reports;
- Guarantee that all tasks are done timely and with client delivery quality.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar;
- Fluent English level and Portuguese native level;
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Dynamism, proactivity and flexibility;
- Accountability and ownership.
