We are looking for a talented professional to join our Operations team at Marsh. This position will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The P&C Insurance Analyst will manage a client portfolio, maintaining their insurance programs, activating policy issuance, and reviewing and confirming policies.

We will count on you for:

• Manage a client portfolio associated with their insurance programs, including inclusions, exclusions, modifications, and collections.
• Activate policy issuance and ensure the accuracy of policy documentation.
• Review and confirm insurance policies to ensure compliance and benefits.
• Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating critical thinking and a results-oriented approach.

What you need to have:

• Technical, technological or professional education.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.

• Knowledge of P&C insurance products, such as all-risk, cargo transport, and civil liability.
• Experience working with insurance brokers.
