Job Description

We are looking for a highly talented individual for an internship to join our Career – Talent Strategy team in the Madrid office. This role will focus on multidisciplinary projects within the area, including Employee Voice, Engagement Surveys, Upskilling & Reskilling, and Human Resources Processes.
Must have:
  • Participation in the design of proposals and marketing actions.
  • Participation in project management and follow-up.
  • Internal and external search for international know-how and expertise.
  • Preparation of benchmarks.
  • Support for the design and implementation of employee engagement and voice survey projects.
  • Support for the design and implementation of upskilling & reskilling projects.
  • Support for the design and implementation of human resources process projects.
  • Participation in other Career consulting projects.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines and manage pressure on time-critical issues.

Description:

We are looking for a highly talented individual for an internship to join our Career – Talent Strategy team in the Madrid office, focusing on multidisciplinary projects in the area of Employee Voice, Engagement Surveys, Upskilling & Reskilling, and Human Resources Processes.

We will count on you for:

  • Participation in the design of proposals and marketing actions.
  • Participation in project management and follow-up.
  • Internal and external search for international know-how and expertise.
  • Preparation of benchmarks.
  • Support for the design and implementation of employee engagement and voice survey projects.
  • Support for the design and implementation of upskilling & reskilling projects: design of competency models, design of evaluation actions, monitoring of psychometric measurements, design of evaluation reports, design of training programs, design of competency development guides, etc.
  • Support for the design and implementation of human resources process projects: preparation of manuals and protocols, design of materials, transformation and training of the Human Resources function, etc.
  • Participation in other projects in the Career consulting area.

What you need to have:

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Humanities-Business, Philosophy, Political Science, Sociology, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Excellent level of English, both written and conversational.
  • Advanced user of Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and online presentation and training tools.
