Job Summary
Job Description
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs. Your role will require you to facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Additionally, you will facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of application components.
Must have:
- Lead application design, build, configure
- Act as primary point of contact
- SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting proficiency
- Strong financial accounting principles knowledge
- Application design/config in SAP
Good to have:
- SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance experience
- Troubleshoot/resolve application issues

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in application design and configuration within SAP environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
