Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Ensure timely project delivery - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Adabas, mainframe, cobol - Strong understanding of application development processes - Experience in leading and managing development teams - Knowledge of software architecture and design principles - Hands-on experience in configuring and deploying applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Natural - This position is based at our Kolkata office - A 15 years full-time education is required
