Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Sales Team Lead to be responsible for sales enrollments and sales within a designated city. The role involves market research, identifying prospective customers, managing and motivating a sales team to achieve better sales performance, and ensuring regular enrollments and usage. The ideal candidate will possess good networking capabilities, be willing to travel extensively, and manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales targets. Key responsibilities include building a database of key contacts, fostering client relationships, and managing category leads from qualification to closure.
Must have:
  • Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet
  • Zeal for Growth
  • Good market knowledge
  • Previous channel sales experience
  • Handled a sales team of 5 members
  • Understanding of distribution, expansion, metrics
  • Experience in getting teams lucrative incentives
Good to have:
  • Post Graduation preferred

6. Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives

Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions-

 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,
 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,
 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.
 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:
 
 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.
 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.
 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
