Job Summary

Job Description

Contribute to the development of useful technologies in mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology, energy, or building technology. This role involves processing orders, managing orders, handling VatOnline and online invoice reporting, providing stock information to partners and sales representatives. You will also be responsible for communication with commercial partners, the procurement group, and various Bosch departments including finance, tax, legal, and logistics. Additionally, you will manage project orders and participate in SAP development and order automation projects, including testing.

Must have:

Minimum 1-1.5 years of active student status in daytime studies
Fluent English communication
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Állás leírása

Mivel járulhatsz hozzá közös céljaink megvalósításához:

► Rendelés feldolgozás, rendelés management

► VatOnline: online számla riportálással kapcsolatos ügyek intézése

► Készletinformáció partnernek, üzletkötőknek

► Kapcsolattartás:

► Kereskedelmi partnerekkel: tájékoztatás, segítségnyújtás telefonon, e-mailben

► Beszerzési csoporttal és napi szintű rendelés követési feladatok

► Bosch különböző társosztályaival, úgymint pénzügy, adó, jogi osztály

► Logisztikai társosztállyal és a raktárral (érte-meg rendelések, sürgős feladások egyeztetése)

► Ajánlatadó és sales csoportokkal

► Projekt rendelések managementje

► Részvétel az SAP fejlesztési és egyéb rendelés automatizálási projektekben és időszaki tesztekben

Képzettség

► Legalább 1-1,5 év jövőbeli aktív nappali hallgatói jogviszony

► Aktív angol nyelvhasználat

► Magas szintű Microsoft Office használat, főként Excel
