Job Description

As a Senior Sales Order Specialist at LSEG, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of order types, ensuring accurate system entries and order fulfillment. You will be involved in crafting accurate quotes and meticulously entering orders, guaranteeing a seamless transition from quotation to billing. Your role will emphasize service excellence, exceeding customer expectations, and maintaining prompt service by meeting turnaround times. The role involves handling complex requests and specialty accounts, which involves reducing resolution times and upholding high standards to increase customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with a global clientele, address inquiries effectively, resolve issues, and continuously improve systems and processes.

Job Description:
