Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager for our Cloud Infrastructure to join the LCH SA Infrastructure & Cloud Team. This role involves leading the team to set up cloud products, develop new tools, and manage a comprehensive backlog of Cloud initiatives. You will define product vision, develop roadmaps, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet business and customer needs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and company standards.
Must Have

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager for our Cloud Infrastructure, to join the LCH SA Infrastructure & Cloud Team. You will play a critical role in leading the team to set up cloud products, develop new tools, and manage a comprehensive backlog of Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, and Agile methodologies.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Partner with the Head of Infrastructure & Cloud to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for cloud products and tools.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and DevOps, to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure solutions that meet customer and business needs
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and technical requirements to shape the product roadmap.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes the setup and development of cloud products and infrastructure tools.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the backlog of squads, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer demands.
- Work closely with team members to ensure the roadmap reflects strategic priorities and provides value.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Being accountable for the availability, accuracy and quality of requirements for projects, ensuring the engineering teams can deliver as efficiently as possible.
- Consistently communicating with internal customers and keeping them informed of the status of requirements development.
- Understanding the dependencies between technology components and how they combine to deliver solutions to the end consumer and to the business.
- Managing cross-team product dependencies.
- Providing mentoring and induction to other product owners if required.
- Contributing to operational readiness processes for new releases and provides product training to internal customers.
- Ensuring that all solutions meet company standards and requirements applicable (non-functional performance, security, compliance, social responsibility).
- Where appropriate, co-ordinate with 3rd party content and technology providers to ensure timely and quality delivery/integration of external product features as specified as well as commercial discussions if required.
- Manage the catalog of services.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of cloud and IT infrastructure products.
- Analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decision-making.

- Experience in a regulated environment will be a plus.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies and virtualization (e.g., VMware AWS), IT infrastructure components (e.g., networking, storage, containers) and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with setting up and managing cloud products and developing infrastructure tools.
- Strong relationship management abilities;
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Deep understanding of cloud concepts such as cost optimization, scalability, reliability, and load balancing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & French);
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
