Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Notion, you will be part of the EMEA team, helping define outbound sales strategies and drive revenue. Your responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the EMEA region, creating and executing outbound campaigns with customized messaging, collaborating with marketing, and using sales methodologies. You will also maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to building sales playbooks, gaining experience to potentially become an Account Executive and give product demos. This role offers a chance to shape the company's sales processes and build pipelines.

Notion is an in-person company and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

We're looking for a motivated early career sales professional with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our EMEA Business Development team! As an early member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our outbound sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!

We seek talented and ambitious Outbound BDRs who can drive high-quality outbound prospecting while managing strategic sales processes in the EMEA region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape our growing presence in the region.

As a BDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the EMEA region. We're building a team that combines a winning attitude with strategic thinking and sales excellence. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our sales processes and build pipeline to support our Account Executive team. We believe in internal growth and provide clear career paths for sales professionals to advance their careers.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Master Notion's platform and competitive landscape
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customised and multichannel messaging for your market
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Learn about our product inside and out working towards an AE role where you will develop the skills to give demos customised to the needs of different personas

Skills You'll Need to Bring:
