As part of our growing Sales team, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, identifying and engaging new operators, building relationships, and helping clients integrate GRID’s esports solutions into their sportsbooks. You’ll be at the forefront of a rapidly evolving vertical, working alongside passionate people who love data, esports, and innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an international, competitive B2B environment and enjoys building new relationships. You’ll join a small, collaborative sales team where your ideas and efforts make a visible impact every day.
You’ll work closely with teams across the company - from Product to Support and Operations - to deliver value to our clients and shape how the future of esports betting is built.
This position focuses on Eastern European markets. The ideal candidate speaks English and Ukrainian or another regional language.
What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new operator partnerships
- Research, qualify, and engage potential clients, developing new leads through market research, networking, and conference attendance
- Conduct tailored product demos and presentations aligned with operator needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate internally - across Legal, Technical, Product, and Operations - to ensure smooth onboarding and contract delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage your pipeline proactively, and report regularly to management on progress and forecasts.
- Represent GRID at key industry events and travel as needed to meet clients and prospects
- Meet and exceed sales targets set in collaboration with management
Your skills will include
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian or another regional language
- Some experience in B2B sales within the betting or iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of how betting operators and products function commercially
- Confidence in managing the full sales cycle - from outreach to closing
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently while collaborating closely within a small, fast-paced team
