Must have:
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leaders from marketing and other channels
  • Lead and support discovery calls and product demos with prospects
  • Manage CRM data hygiene, contact updates, and lead tracking
  • Run outbound email campaigns and support marketing initiatives
  • Support sales-led events and conferences
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps and leadership to drive results with quarterly KPIs
  • Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and market trends
  • Support administrative tasks and continuously look for ways to improve team efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a bias for action
  • Hustle mentality—comfortable with cold outreach and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work in-office 3 days per week

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll play a critical role in building the top of the sales funnel and often serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients engaging with Nasdaq Analytics. Your ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively—both over the phone and via email—is essential as you generate leads and introduce our value proposition. Because you'll represent the front line of our outreach efforts, strong business acumen, a warm demeanor, and polished professionalism are key. While experience in sales or finance/investment management is preferred and can accelerate your success, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
