As a Senior Revenue Marketing Analyst, you will drive growth, visibility, and strategic positioning for the Eqlipse product portfolio. This role involves leading complex initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and owning high-impact marketing projects. You will execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns, develop account targeting strategies, build ABM programs, conduct market intelligence, and analyze campaign data to uncover actionable insights and drive optimization.
Must have:
  • Own execution, monitoring, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns for the Eqlipse suite.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop account targeting strategies and refine messaging.
  • Build and coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) programs for key decision-makers.
  • Conduct and present market intelligence research, including competitive analysis and client profiling.
  • Advise on planning and execution of events and webinars, including pre-event strategy and post-event analysis.
  • Synthesize and interpret marketing campaign data from multiple sources (Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo).
  • Deliver comprehensive analytics, uncover actionable insights, and drive ongoing optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Strong interest in marketing analytics, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Excel and willingness to learn marketing technology tools (Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Job Details

As a Senior Revenue Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth, visibility, and strategic positioning of our Eqlipse product portfolio. This opportunity is tailored for marketing professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are ready to leverage their expertise in financial technology and lead complex initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing for FinTech, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of high-impact marketing projects across the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the execution, monitoring, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns developed to generate demand for the Eqlipse suite among financial market infrastructures (FMIs).
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop and implement sophisticated account targeting strategies, refine messaging for diverse audiences, and analyze engagement metrics to assess and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Build and coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeted at key decision-makers, including executives in capital markets, compliance, and risk management; provide strategic recommendations to improve influence and conversion.
  • Conduct and present market intelligence research—including competitive analysis, client profiling, and trend identification—to advise business development, whitespace exploration, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Advise the planning and execution of events and webinars in partnership with Field Marketing teams, handling pre-event campaign strategy and comprehensive post-event analysis to optimize impact and lead generation.
  • Synthesize and interpret marketing campaign data from multiple sources—including Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, and external partners—to deliver comprehensive analytics, uncover actionable insights, and drive ongoing optimization across channels.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to technology or financial services considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in marketing analytics, campaign execution, and reporting, with familiarity in Excel and a willingness to learn marketing technology tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Creative thinker with enthusiasm to learn about buyer journeys, B2B marketing, and SaaS industries.

This position can be located in Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
