Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms (CAP) is seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Negotiator for a permanent full-time hybrid role in Singapore or Hong Kong. The role involves leading complex commercial contract negotiations in the B2B or SaaS space, analyzing client edits, developing negotiation strategies, and ensuring favorable terms. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, systems savvy, and capable of working independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, Salesforce, and Conga CLM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Lead client negotiations and address client concerns
  • Coordinate escalations and approvals for contractual risks
  • Maintain expert knowledge of CAP commercial contracting templates and products

What We Offer

Nasdaq Capital Access Platforms (CAP) provides SaaS-based solutions to corporate clients across the globe and is seeking an experienced and highly organized Contract Negotiator with excellent written and oral communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts in the B2B or SaaS space. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be detail oriented, systems savvy, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-energy global environment. Key responsibilities include leading contract negotiations, developing negotiation strategies, and ensuring favorable terms for Nasdaq.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Singapore or Hong Kong following a hybrid work model setup (at least 3 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Analyze and interpret client edits to our standard contracts
  • Determine, and apply, the appropriate edits to client redlines and requests
  • Communicate our responses, internally and externally, in a clear and concise manner
  • Leading client negotiations, addressing client concerns, and provide strategic feedback to client’s requests
  • Coordinate necessary escalations and approvals related to contractual risks, compliance issues, and related terms and conditions
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all CAP commercial contracting templates, applicable fallback language and acceptable deviations
  • Have a thorough understanding of all the CAP products, to speak knowledgeably and confidently about the relevant agreement terms and conditions
  • Use Conga CLM to facilitate the negotiation and finalization of our contracts
  • Perform other contract related tasks as assigned

What We Expect

  • Have a minimum of 2 – 4 years’ experience in negotiating commercial contracts, or equivalent experience
  • Have strong analytical skills and have a detail-oriented approach
  • Be proficient in the MS Suite
  • Have experience with Salesforce
  • Have Conga CLM experience
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong organizational skills
  • Be able to coordinate and fulfill multiple tasks within given timelines by following established procedures in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a sense of urgency when completing assigned tasks
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the capability of interacting with and establishing the respect and confidence of colleagues in different functions around the world
  • Be able to promptly identify and tackle process problems
